They often say to others, “It’s all my fault,” fearing criticism. This group of people is fundamentally very self-deprecating.

6. Empty nesters: As one of society’s most vulnerable groups, older adults’ mental health cannot be ignored. Physical decline, increased ailments, the passing of loved ones can severely impact the fragile minds and bodies of the elderly, potentially leading to depression. As empty nests are on the rise, children must offer timely companionship to prevent depression or other conditions from taking over these elderly individuals.
