At this critical stage, the physical state deteriorates, and seeking professional treatment becomes imperative without further delay.

Individuals at high risk of depression should pay close attention to their bodily changes, especially postpartum women, individuals with childhood traumas, or those with a family history of depression. These groups have a higher susceptibility to depression, necessitating vigilant self-care, timely treatment, and proactive measures to reduce the risk of developing the disease.

To manage depression, it is crucial to control emotions effectively, promptly address any sources of unhappiness, understand the balance between work and rest, spend more time outdoors to relax, reduce physical burdens, release emotions, decreasing the probability of onset and benefiting overall well-being.

Depression can have a significant impact on the body; hence, when encountering any of the above abnormal symptoms, it is crucial to take them seriously instead of dismissing them as simple mood fluctuations. It is essential to promptly address and correct these issues for a better development of your physical and mental well-being.
