治抑郁,在于调理脏腑功能,补其虚而求平衡

抑郁症,宜求诸中医。 凡抑郁者,必兼他疾于身。先解决生理之患,释体之重负,而后能及心之困扰,以减其负面情绪。 此理至简。 体之不健,日夕苦楚,何以出抑郁之渊? 良医以身体根源治之,求体之平衡,尤重阴阳、寒热之调。 治抑郁,岂惟药石一途? 非也。 运动如跑步,跑步其实是刺激全身之器官而振奋,对抑郁症轻症者尤宜。 然此仅言轻者,重症则不然。 一个是患者或不能动,在一个脏腑孱弱,不堪重负。 故问药物之用何如? 以中药论,中药治抑郁在于调理脏腑功能,补其虚而求平衡。 实为助人体自复之力。 至于躯体之症重者,已有实质性损伤,调治更须细致。 观抑郁者,察其动静,即中医之阴阳也。 躁狂者动过甚,用阴阳的眼光来看,属阳盛阴亏。 所以,治疗上当凉血补阴,如丹皮、丹参去过多的阳,天麻、地黄滋阴。 反之,不动就属阴,抑郁之不动,乃阴郁之态,需增其阳,使其动。 治抑郁,先察兼症。 头痛头晕,量血压以明;易怒者用夏枯草;心烦舌尖红,黄连、栀子、柴胡可解;胃纳不佳,健脾为要,白术、茯苓、丹参宜加;阴虚则太子参、玄参、熟地黄、生地黄可补。 火盛者,防躁郁之变,黄柏泄火而兼补,知母增水更佳,然内火炽盛,黄柏或不宜,虑其阻内热之透发,当辅以清透之药,如玉竹、白术可试。
