减肥效果快,不反弹要先从不动开始 减肥是永恒不变的话题,但在减肥过程中,你有没有遇到过以下问题: 减肥的前半程效果很显著,体重蹭蹭往下掉,但在差不多二十天到一个月左右的时候,出现很严重的平台期。 出现膝关节疼痛、对减肥这件事儿的心理厌倦、饮食上出现暴饮暴食,之后体重出现严重反弹。 这是个一直困扰我们教练的一个根源性的问题,它导致想减肥的会员对教练失去信任。 在(一次失败后)隔了很长时间,再立志减肥,再找教练监督,如此往复循环次数越多,对(会员)身体伤害很大,到最后真正能够减肥成功的不超过10%。 要想减肥效果快,不反弹,必须先从不动开始。 《黄帝内经》说「运动」,运是运化,动是外在肌肉的动。 无运不动,胖人之所以胖,是身体里五脏六腑的运化能力很差。 吃进去的东西不能被及时运化,不能转化成身体好的能量,(最后)变成脂肪存储。所以说十个胖子九个虚。 (想改变这种情况)本源校身训练提倡先从不动开始。 本源校身桩这种动作,身体外在看似不动,但能通过呼吸带动体内五脏。 慢慢的循环,先提升脏腑功能,先运作起来之后,呼吸机能变强、代谢脂肪的能力变强,为后续减肥训练打下扎实的基础。 这是第一步,未完待续…
