生完宝宝之后,很多的妈妈没有照料好会落下月子病,其实这些所谓的月子病并不是生完孩子之后一定会得的,这些都是因为产后护理没有做好的原因。妈妈们只要科学地进行产后护理,做好预防工作,这些月子病都可以离妈妈们远远的,坐月子也会变成一件十分顺利的事情。但是随着我们的生活节奏越来越快,更多的妈妈在产后除了患上月子病之外,还有可能会患上这样一种疾病,它就是我们经常听到的“产后抑郁症”。 产后抑郁症的发病率在15%~30%,这是一个极为庞大的数据,这说明产后抑郁离每个妈妈其实都不远,因此不管是妈妈自己,还是产妇身边的朋友家人,都应该为妈妈的心理健康出上一份力。 有没有什么办法可以让妈妈们远离产后抑郁症呢?答案是有的 一、孕期做好分娩前的保健、心理指导 预防产后抑郁,其实在妈妈怀孕的时候就应该提前做好准备,等到分娩结束之后,在进行预防,往往时间已经晚了。在孕期,妈妈们可以多做做运动,运动可以让分娩的过程更加的顺利,有的时候还可以减轻一些痛苦。妈妈们也可以去参加一些怀孕分娩之类的妈妈课堂,这个时候建议爸爸也陪同妈妈一起去,学习认识妊娠和分娩的相关知识,了解分娩过程,可以让分娩的过程更加的放松,也可以更好的和医生护士配合。消除分娩时的紧张、恐惧的情绪,可以为预防产后抑郁提供很大的帮助。 二、家人的陪伴很重要 现在有很多的妇产医院都设立了家庭化的产房,比起传统的医院产房这样的产房不会显得过于封闭、压抑,还可以有家人的陪同。建议产妇的家人在产后给予产妇更多的陪伴,可减少其并发症及心理异常的发生。其实现在有很多的产后抑郁就是因为妈妈们觉得自己在生产之后获得的关心变少了,因为更多的关心都到了宝宝身上。其实除了家人要尽量多多的陪伴妈妈之外,妈妈自己也要学会排解自己的情绪,可以不用把所有的心思都放在宝宝的身上,自己可以多多的进行产后的恢复,身材管理,尽可能地回到之前的生活中去,这样也是可以预防产后抑郁的。 虽然产后抑郁是一种高发的心理疾病,但是妈妈们也不要感到害怕,良好的心态不管在任何时候都是非常有必要的。
