秋天,不仅是硕果累累的季节,气温也会随之下降。秋季,作为前列腺病的高发季节,我们更需要格外关注。今天我们和京顺泌尿外科叶道印主任一起来看一下秋季如何预防前列腺炎等疾病。 秋季气温逐渐降低,寒冷会增强交感神经的兴奋性,使得前列腺腺体收缩,血管以及前列腺腺管扩张,进而引发慢性充血状态。持续的慢性充血会增加尿道内压,甚至导致逆流现象,使得大量前列腺液在局部淤积,从而诱发前列腺疾病。 另外,秋季天气干燥,男性的排尿量有所减少,无法正常冲洗尿道,这也增加了患上前列腺病的几率。此外,部分男性不注重局部卫生和饮食,如大量吸烟、喝酒等,会加重前列腺负担,降低其抵抗力,此时病菌便会趁虚而入,进而导致前列腺疾病。 秋季应如何预防前列腺炎呢? 1、注意饮食:秋季气候干燥,气温持续下降,人体内的水分会减少,因此要合理补充水分,日常应适量饮水,规律排尿。可多食用苹果、香蕉和绿叶蔬菜等,有助于生津防燥。同时,饮食上要减少温燥、辛辣、刺激性食物的摄入,当前仍处于季节交替时节,此类食物易引起秋燥。 2、防寒保暖:寒冷刺激会加重前列腺炎,秋季昼夜温差较大,需注意做好防寒保暖工作,及时根据气温增减衣被,以防止前列腺炎加重。 3、保持清洁:男性的生殖器官伸缩性大,分泌汗液较多,容易藏污纳垢,局部病菌常会趁虚而入。 4、不要憋尿:前列腺病在秋冬季易发病和复发,这与天冷很多人不愿起夜、喜欢憋尿有一定关系。在低温环境下,前列腺交感神经的兴奋性会明显增强,使前列腺腺体收缩,造成慢性充血,导致尿道内压力增加,加重前列腺液的淤积,容易导致前列腺病发作。 前列腺属于隐私部位,一些男性觉得难以启齿。实际上,对男性来说,前列腺炎就如同感冒,是一种十分常见的疾病。一般情况下,前列腺炎经过专业的治疗后是可以改善的。像在京顺泌尿外科会采用前列腺内注射的方式治疗前列腺炎,受到患者的好评。不过叶道印主任也要提醒各位男性朋友,在日常生活中养成良好的习惯,戒烟酒、不熬夜、不久坐、适当锻炼、规律性生活。
