“红豆生南国,春来发几枝。愿君多采撷,此物最相思。”王维诗里面的红豆一直都是寄托相思之情最好的文案。同样的在初秋的饮食里面,红豆也是最好的养生食物。初秋来临,没有什么比一碗热腾腾、甜蜜蜜的红豆粥更能温暖人心了。 平常做的红豆粥就是各种豆类搭配红豆一起煮的,没有其他的不同。今天是用软绵细腻的红豆粥搭配Q弹香甜的南瓜芋圆,口感上不仅更丰富了一些,颜色也非常的好看。 秋季吃红豆的好处是非常多的,红豆不仅富含铁质还能够促进铁的吸收,对于补气血非常好;而且红豆性甘味平,所含的营养成分可以促进人体的消化吸收,有助于脾胃虚弱、食欲不振等问题;另外红豆所富含的营养,具有清热利尿,祛湿的作用;最后红豆膳食纤维比较高,能够促进肠道的蠕动。 除了红豆外,南瓜也被称为秋季的第一瓜。南瓜性甘味甜,非常适合现在吃,而且现在也正是吃老南瓜的季节,也算得上是应季而食,顺应节气了,下面我们就一起来看看这道南瓜芋圆红豆粥是怎么做的吧! 食材清单:红豆200克、南瓜150克、25克白糖 250克木薯淀粉 1、200克的生红豆加水清洗干净,然后提前泡4个小时以上,也可以提前一个晚上就泡着,会个个容易煮熟。 2、红豆泡好后连水一起倒入电饭锅里面,然后按下煮粥键开始煮。 3、南瓜1块,大约是在150克左右,去皮去籽然后洗干净,再切成小块儿。 4、接着上锅蒸熟,时间在10分钟左右,很快的。南瓜蒸熟后倒入大碗里,加25克白糖压成南瓜泥。 5、再趁热倒入300克的木薯淀粉,拌匀后下手揉成一个软硬适中的面团儿。 6、锅里烧点水,把刚刚揉好的面团儿楸一小块儿丢到锅里面煮熟,这个是熟芡法,煮到飘起来就关火。 7、然后放回面团里面一起揉匀,这样面团儿就会更细腻光滑,还不容易裂口,方便操作。 8、面团揉好了就搓成小长条,然后切成小剂子,搓不搓圆其实都没有关系,看个人喜好。 9、锅里水开了就把小剂子丢进来煮,要煮熟,煮到全部飘起来。 10、然后捞出来过一下凉水防粘就可以了。 10、电饭锅里的红豆粥也煮好了,基本是完全都煮烂了。 一碗红豆粥加一勺南瓜小芋圆,香甜软烂又Q弹劲道。 1、木薯淀粉和面建议用热水,更容易成型。 2、芋圆一次性可以多做点放冰箱冷冻保存,下次吃的时候时候直接拿出来煮就行了。 3、红豆粥用电饭锅煮是最简单的方法,如果觉得颗粒有点大的话,可以多搅拌搅拌,或者直接倒一半出来用破壁机打碎,然后再倒回来搅拌均匀。 致力于用最简单的食材,为您分享最美味的佳肴和点心,我是蓉儿,每天为您分享一道美食,学着这样吃,让您的胃更健康!欢迎点赞,关注,转发和收藏,感谢您的支持!我们下期再见。 致力于用最简单的食材,为您分享最美味的佳肴和点心,我是蓉儿,每天为您分享一道美食,学着这样吃,让您的胃更健康!欢迎点赞,关注,转发和收藏,感谢您的支持!我们下期再见。
