处暑时节:好好睡觉,吃点儿酸的 早睡早起,告别“秋乏” 睡眠,古人称为"眠食",有"养生之道,莫大于睡眠"的名言。而"睡得香"还被确定为健康的重要客观标志。但处暑过后,虽然白天的阳光依然肆虐,却挡不住天气转凉的脚步,人体此时很容易感到疲倦、乏力,也就是俗称的“秋乏”。此时人的起居应做出相应调整,保证睡眠时间的充足。 《黄帝内经》认为秋季应"早卧早起,与鸡俱兴"。 早卧,有利于阴精的收藏,让自己对阳气有所储存和收敛;早起,有利于采集天地之阳气,预防各种寒邪疾病。 饮食宜少辛增酸 处暑时节,饮食方面要"少辛增酸"。 《素问·脏气法时论》中指出:"肺主秋……肺收敛,急食酸以收之,用酸补之,辛泻之。" "少辛"是因为辣椒、花椒、生姜等辛味食品,有发散的作用,能调动人体肺部的阳气,以发汗的方式向外发泄,阳气发散了,自然身体也就凉了。但处暑前后,天气转凉,若再吃味辛之物,就会增加肺气的耗散,加重秋燥的症状。 "增酸",山楂、酸梅、葡萄等酸性食物具有较强的滋阴效果,能收敛过旺的肺气,缓解我们身体的"旱情"。因此,处暑时节应当多吃。像西瓜这类大寒的瓜果,则要少吃或不吃了。特别指出的是,葡萄虽属酸性水果,但不宜一次性吃得太多,更不能在吃葡萄后立即喝水。因为葡萄本身有通便润肠之功效,吃完葡萄立即喝水,胃还来不及消化吸收,水就将胃酸冲淡了,葡萄与水、胃酸加速了肠道的蠕动,腹泻也就产生了。 编辑:宣传科
