During pregnancy, pregnant women may experience these three symptoms. The baby will cry more.

Must read

People often say that children are like angels coming to earth, but when their own baby cries endlessly and does not listen to comfort, the image of this “little devil” seems more appropriate. Although each child has a different personality, as if it were a puzzle that parents cannot predict, certain behaviors during pregnancy may indicate whether the child is more likely to be fussy in the future.

Women experience significant emotional fluctuations during pregnancy, becoming more sensitive and irritable, a common change that also requires attention. Maintaining a joyful mood is crucial for the baby’s growth, so creating a harmonious atmosphere and helping pregnant women regulate their emotions are important. Continued positive emotions benefit both the pregnant woman’s health and the baby. Conversely, if a pregnant woman’s emotions are unstable, and she frequently loses her temper, the baby can sense this unease and may express its needs more through crying due to a lack of security.

Physical activity during pregnancy is also a crucial aspect not to be overlooked. While pregnant women should avoid strenuous exercise, being completely inactive is also detrimental to health. Proper exercise not only prevents excessive weight gain but also promotes a cheerful mood, reducing the psychological burden caused by overthinking. Although the fetus is inside the mother’s body, it can perceive external sounds, so when pregnant women go out and engage in activities, the fetus adapts to a diverse environment early, which helps reduce discomfort and fussiness after birth due to sudden environmental changes.

Additionally, the habit of staying up late during pregnancy should be changed. In the fast-paced modern lifestyle, staying up late is common, but pregnant women need to adjust their routines and try to rest by 10 p.m. at night. This is not only for the healthy growth of the baby but also for the responsibility towards the pregnant woman’s own well-being. Even if it is initially difficult to fall asleep, maintaining a regular routine will eventually improve the quality of sleep.

To make it easier to care for the child in the future and for the well-being of the pregnant woman herself, cultivating healthy habits during pregnancy is crucial. This will lay a solid foundation for the child’s future and prevent the “transmission” of unhealthy habits.
