This unified harmony of body and mind cannot be replaced by any external cosmetic or medication. Therefore, in the pursuit of health and longevity, it is essential to start with nurturing our psychological state.

In this ever-changing world, let us learn to listen to our inner voices and cultivate a “tranquil” heart.

Through meditation, yoga, reading, travel, and other means, nourish and relax the mind; face life’s challenges and difficulties with a positive attitude, filling the heart with sunlight and hope.
