Sharing some insights from my weight loss of thirty pounds:
1. Drink iced Americano, a method used by celebrities! Two cups a day! Basically, drinking two cups of Americano completely diminishes my appetite. It’s just too bitter. If your stomach isn’t strong, drink a latte! You’ll get used to it! The weight drops very quickly!
2. Eat more vegetables and protein. Eating a bit of staple food stabilizes appetite! It works really well!
3. During the rapid weight loss phase, you can have two meals, eating McDonald’s double burgers/Subway sandwiches/Half a roasted chicken. It’s very effective.
4. During the maintenance phase, eat high-quality carbohydrates, such as corn, purple sweet potatoes, and sweet potatoes. Eat light vegetables and proteins like eggs, seafood, chicken, and beef.
5. Occasionally having a big meal consists mostly of water and food residue; eating continuously will lead to weight gain. So the next day, do a light fast, and your weight will immediately recover.
6. If you really crave a food, take a bite and chew it several dozen times. Celebrities chew a single bite four or fifty times.
7. Pay special attention normally; don’t eat too salty or greasy, try not to stay up too late; if you don’t have time to exercise, at least take a walk, have regular meals, and minimize cold food to maintain a healthy stomach.
8. To suppress appetite, besides black coffee, there are also Suntory sugar-free oolong tea, Eastern Tree Leaf, etc. Or Vitality Forest, sugar-free cola.
9. Do not eat snacks or sugary drinks; they are too high in calories! Fruits are also high in sugar and should be eaten sparingly!
