Diet adjustment is equally important; instead of relying on expensive health supplements, it is better to obtain necessary nutrients through a balanced diet. Increasing the intake of soy products, nuts, fish, and fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis ensures an adequate supply of calcium, protein, and various vitamins, which is more beneficial for the body.

Furthermore, sun protection is an essential aspect of anti-aging skincare. Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet radiation accelerates skin aging, making year-round sun protection a necessary skincare measure to maintain youthful skin.

In conclusion, when facing menopause as a natural physiological phenomenon, women should accept it with a calm mindset and understand that each stage of life has its unique charm. Although there may be physical challenges along the way, a positive attitude towards life can make this transition smoother and the mood more pleasant.
