During testing, attention should be paid to its non-invasiveness and safety, but there are limitations such as unsuitability for pregnant women. Prior to testing, items that could interfere with the results should be removed, the body should be kept still to ensure accuracy. The results need to be analyzed in conjunction with individual circumstances as bone density is just one indicator of bone health.

To maintain bone health after the age of 50, it is advised to start with diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits: increase calcium, vitamin D intake, balanced intake of protein, vitamin C, etc.; moderate exercises such as walking, swimming, with focus on exercise safety; avoid smoking and excessive alcohol, ensure adequate sleep and a positive mindset. Patients diagnosed with osteoporosis should follow medical advice for medication and make lifestyle adjustments to aid recovery.
