1. Potatoes, low-fat, low-calorie, rich in antioxidants and potassium, beneficial for heart protection and blood pressure reduction, best cooked with skin on or baked. 2. Kiwi, with heat-clearing, diuresis-promoting, blood-activating effects, suitable for consumption by individuals with hypertension and cardiovascular diseases. 3. Orange juice, rich in vitamin C, helps in vasodilation, potentially lowering blood pressure. 4. Apples, their rich nutritional content is beneficial for hypertension patients, especially for those who enjoy salty foods. 5. Bananas, providing various vitamins and minerals, helpful for blood pressure management. 6. Spinach, rich in potassium, aids in blood pressure regulation. 7. Garlic, its sulfur compounds help stabilize enzyme activity in the body, beneficial for preventing hypertension. 8. Various legumes, such as soybeans, peas, rich in protein and plant estrogens, help protect blood vessels and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
