Massaging the acupoint Baichong, if you feel heat in the feet, signifies good circulation of the related meridians. Additionally, conducting a simple blood flow test, such as releasing the hand wrist grip suddenly and observing rapid blood flow back which changes the hand color from pale to red, demonstrates clear meridians.

Blocked meridians may stem from poor living environment, internal organ dysfunction, prolonged mental stress, and unhealthy dietary habits like frequent consumption of high-fat, processed, or pickled foods. These factors combined can lead to toxin accumulation in the body, gradually obstructing the meridians.
