Divide the dough as needed and dye it with different natural colorants, such as green tea powder or purple sweet potato powder for coloring, dip your hands in cooked glutinous rice flour to prevent sticking. 7. Take the colored dough and shape it into a hollow, place the red bean paste filling inside, carefully wrap and seal it, resembling the making of tangyuan. 8. Lightly dust the mooncake ball with glutinous rice flour, place it in the selected mold, gently press to shape, ensuring the filling does not overflow. 9. Follow this method to complete the remaining dough, the final display will be the successfully molded mooncake, ready to enjoy this colorful delicacy.
