I think it makes sense. Personally, I have never seen a psychologist, nor have I taken medication for anxiety. I only visited a Chinese medicine doctor who prescribed Chinese herbal medicine for my deficient qi and blood, to some extent, alleviating the symptoms. However, physical reactions such as dizziness, headaches, fatigue, numbness in hands and feet still recur.

Over time, I gradually eased and mostly recovered, thanks to my understanding of the root cause of this condition and realizing that it’s not a major illness.

Gradually relaxing, exercising moderately, and immersing myself in work that I enjoy helped me slowly recover.

I should say, no longer worrying about health issues and putting my heart and soul into work played a significant role.
