Professor Lin Yaming, using cognitive impairment after stroke as an example, explained the prevention and treatment of elderly cognitive impairment and mental health from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. He stated that dementia after stroke is a common clinical symptom, emphasized the causal relationship between stroke and cognitive impairment, and discussed new approaches provided by traditional Chinese medicine in integrated management.
