Yoga Move One:

Lie down on your back, legs together and extended, arms by your sides. Lift your body forward, raising both legs straight up, using your hips to support yourself. Then, clasp your hands around your thighs, maintain balance, and keep your back straight. After practicing for 1 minute, release your legs and body to rest. You can practice this multiple times a day.

Yoga Move Two:
