1. Don’t sit after meals

3. Abdominal exercises
To slim down the belly quickly, engage in abdominal exercises like sit-ups and planks to target abdominal muscles, burn belly fat, and with persistence, notice a reduction in belly size – continue to achieve an “A4 waist.”
