Young children or those recently weaned can choose children’s formula milk powder, paying attention to differentiate between real milk and milk beverages with high water content.

Secondly, soy products are another recommendation. Legumes are rich in high protein and high fat, making them a preferred choice for vegetarians and those seeking a healthy diet. In the processing of soy products, the naturally occurring trypsin inhibitors and tough cell walls are broken down, allowing the body to absorb the nutrients more efficiently. Taking tofu as an example, it is not only rich in protein but also easy to digest, suitable for supplementing high-quality protein for those with weak constitutions, while providing various health benefits such as invigorating the spleen, clearing the lungs, and enhancing immunity.
