To maintain liver health, men must avoid these bad habits after waking up, focus on nutritional breakfast, and consider adequate protein intake to support liver metabolism. Providing enough nutrition to the liver allows the metabolism of old cells, maintaining liver vitality. However, it’s important to avoid fried foods as the liver does not require excessive fat; lunch and dinner servings are sufficient. Consuming oily breakfasts can harm the liver, so a nutritious and light breakfast is ideal for liver health. Men who want to protect their liver should also take care of their eyes by supplementing with vitamin A. A healthy liver contributes to comfortable eyes, while activities harmful to the eyes can impair liver health by causing blood flow issues.
