For example, for a woman with a height of 156 centimeters, her ideal weight is around 50 kilograms, with a healthy range considered to fluctuate by 10 kilograms.

It is worth noting that both being underweight and overweight can have adverse effects on health. Severe thinness can lead to malnutrition and hormone imbalances, especially affecting estrogen levels, which are crucial for female health.

One of the key measures to maintain a healthy weight is regular exercise. Jumping rope is an efficient choice as it can boost metabolism, promote fat burning, enhance cardiovascular function, and is relatively gentle. Just ten minutes of daily jump roping can be as effective as running, saving time and easy to stick to. Additionally, yoga and jogging are good options, helping with both physical and mental relaxation, and beneficial for weight management too.

Emotional management is equally important; persistent stress or negative emotions can disrupt hormonal balance, affecting metabolism, and even leading to emotional eating, ultimately contributing to weight gain.

Dietary habits are also crucial, avoiding extreme dieting or excessive indulgence. Balancing the intake of various nutrients, moderate combinations of meat and vegetables, reducing high-calorie, high-sugar, and processed foods intake like fried foods, desserts, sugary beverages, are all key to maintaining a reasonable weight.

Women can evaluate their weight condition through simple self-testing to ensure it falls within the healthy range, avoiding blindly pursuing weight loss and truly achieving inner and outer beauty and health.
