After the husband and wife are “affectionate,” men should try not to rush to do three things, which may “affect” the prostate.

Must read

We all know that the standard of living is continuously improving, and most people are starting to pay more attention to health preservation, especially a growing number of young people who are now very focused on the quality of life and marital life. In fact, for couples, engaging in marital relations appropriately in daily life is a very normal thing, and it is also something that must occur. Properly engaging in marital relations can enhance the feelings between the two and bring them closer together, and it can also help resolve conflicts between them. However, after couples have been intimate, one should try not to rush into these three things, as they might negatively affect your prostate.

After intimacy, men should try not to rush to do these 3 things, as they might “affect” the prostate.

1. Urination

We all know that most couples feel the urge to go to the bathroom to urinate after intimacy. For women, urinating can help with ** flushing, reducing the growth of bacteria and viruses. However, for men, since the body is in a congested state at that moment, urinating can potentially impact health and might lead to some severe inflammation.

2. Taking a shower

Most couples, after intimacy, might choose to shower immediately due to feelings of cleanliness or because there are some secretions still on their bodies. However, regardless of the reason, couples should not shower immediately after being intimate. This is because intimacy is a physically demanding activity and an aerobic exercise, especially for men whose bodies are quite fatigued. Moreover, both partners will sweat extensively, and showering immediately, while it might feel comfortable, can put a burden on the body. The sudden contraction of blood vessels after ventilation can also affect heart health.

3. Sleeping

We all know that the body feels very tired after intimacy. Many couples may choose to be intimate at night, thinking that sleeping right afterward will help them rest better. However, this might actually lead to some issues. While immediately sleeping can help us relax, it often results in feeling even more tired in the morning, making it harder to get up. Therefore, especially for men, it is advised not to sleep right away after intimacy, as this will help with physical recovery.

Thus, it is advisable for men not to engage in these three activities immediately after intimacy; otherwise, they may suffer from prostatitis. This concludes my sharing, thank you for your reading and support. If you want to know more health information, please follow me.
