If men engage in strenuous physical labor over a long period, without adequate rest, their body will start showing signs of strain as they age. Moreover, women’s monthly menstruation helps eliminate toxins from the body to some extent, giving them certain advantages over men. The organs responsible for detoxification in the body, such as the liver, kidneys, and skin, bear a heavier burden in men. Hence, women generally have a longer life expectancy.
