If a man does not have these 5 changes, then congratulations, it means that your kidneys are still relatively healthy.

Must read

The kidney is a very important organ for men, and the health of the kidney is related to marital life. Therefore, men should know how to take care of their kidneys in their daily lives. If the kidneys are not healthy, it will affect life and work. So, whether a man’s kidneys are good or not generally manifests in these five ways. If you have more than two of these signs, it indicates that your kidneys are not in good condition and should be taken seriously in daily life.

1. Swelling Signs:

The kidneys can metabolize the water we intake. If the water we drink is not excreted in time, it will accumulate in the body. Therefore, the body may show signs of swelling, especially noticeable in the morning, usually in areas like the eyes, feet, or legs. Men with this condition may have kidney problems.

2. Easily Fatigued:

Men with kidney problems are prone to fatigue and weakness. Things that could be done easily before now feel exhausting, lacking motivation, and just wanting to rest. They often feel mentally fatigued, lack motivation, and appear lethargic, finding even simple tasks challenging.

3. Loss of Appetite and Nausea:

Men with kidney problems may experience loss of appetite and nausea. Due to poor kidney function, digestion is affected, leading to a feeling of fullness without having eaten much. They may lack appetite, feel nauseous occasionally, and have no desire to eat.

4. Changes in Urine:

Men with kidney issues may experience changes in urine. They may have increased or decreased urination frequency, with normal urination occurring 4 to 6 times a day for men. Kidney problems can lead to frequent urination or decreased urine output, and the urine may appear foamy.

5. Changes in Sexual Desire:

Men with kidney problems may have reduced sexual desires. Generally, men have a high interest in marital life, but due to kidney function issues, there may be a lack of desire or a feeling of inadequacy even when desire exists, compared to before.

Finally, it is recommended that men pay attention to their diet in daily life, consume less of foods that are harmful to the kidneys such as beverages, strong tea, salty foods, etc. This will help in kidney maintenance and prevent kidney problems from arising.
