If a man doesn’t have these 5 changes, then congratulations, it means your kidneys are still relatively healthy.

Must read

For men, the kidneys are a very important organ in the body. The health of the kidneys is related to marital life, so men should understand how to care for their kidneys in daily life. If the kidneys are not functioning well, it can affect life and work. Generally, there are five signs to determine if a man’s kidneys are in good condition. If you have more than two of these signs, you should pay attention to your kidney health and not underestimate the importance.

1. Signs of Edema

The kidneys metabolize the water we intake. If the water we drink is not excreted in time, it can accumulate in the body, leading to the possibility of swelling. This swelling can particularly manifest in the eyes, feet, or legs, especially in the morning. Men experiencing this condition may have kidney issues.

2. Easily Fatigued and Lacking Energy

Men with poor kidney function may experience fatigue and weakness easily. Tasks that were once manageable may now feel exhausting, lacking motivation and leading to a constant feeling of fatigue. They may also feel mentally fatigued and lack the drive to do anything, appearing weak and finding even simple tasks challenging.

3. Loss of Appetite and Nausea

Men with kidney issues may experience loss of appetite and nausea. Poor kidney function can affect digestion, resulting in a feeling of fullness without actually eating much. Despite the lack of appetite, they may feel nauseous when eating other foods occasionally.

4. Changes in Urine

Men with kidney problems may notice changes in their urine. The frequency and volume of urination can vary; normally, men urinate 4 to 6 times a day, but kidney issues can lead to more frequent or less frequent urination, with the urine volume also changing. Additionally, those with poor kidney function may notice foamy urine when urinating.

5. Changes in Sexual Desire

Men with kidney issues may experience a decrease in sexual desire. Typically, men have a high interest in marital life, but due to kidney function issues, they may lack sexual desire or, even if they have it, feel physically incapable of performing as before.

Finally, it is advisable for men to watch their diet in daily life, consuming less of foods harmful to kidney health such as beverages, strong tea, salty foods, etc. This is beneficial for kidney maintenance and prevents kidney problems from arising.
