In men, if the number of times for urination during the day approaches “this number,” “uremia” may be far away from you.

Must read

When it comes to uremia, many people have heard of it. The main reason for the occurrence of uremia is due to damage to the body’s kidney function, and it’s not just the kidneys, the whole body will be affected. Uremia is closely related to our kidneys. Kidneys are the organs in our body for metabolism and detoxification and also the place where urine is formed. So, our daily urine output is related to uremia.

If a man’s daily urine output approaches “this number,” uremia may “stay away from you.”

It is important to know that kidneys are very important for men, not only can help in body detoxification, but also related to male functions. If there are problems with the kidneys, the daily urine output for men will change and there will be insufficient urine output. If there are problems with the male kidneys, toxins and waste in the body will accumulate and cannot be expelled, leading to a decrease in urine output. Normal men should urinate about 8 times a day, and urine output should be around 1 to 2 liters, which is reasonable.

Therefore, men should pay attention to their urination frequency and volume and take care of their kidneys. If there are kidney problems, it can affect the prostate, possibly causing prostatitis. When toxins in the body cannot be expelled, the prostate can get infected, eventually leading to uremia.

In addition to urination frequency and output, if the following two conditions occur, it might be a sign of uremia:

1. Yellowish complexion.

Many people look in the mirror every morning, especially male friends. If you find that your face is wax yellow, lacking color, and looks spiritless, this may be due to uremia. If a wax yellow face is accompanied by itching, it’s best to consult a doctor. When toxins can’t be expelled through urine, they may come out through the skin pores, causing a wax yellow appearance.

2. Edema.

If you wake up and notice that your face is always swollen, it may be due to kidney failure. The kidneys regulate the body’s water content. If there are kidney problems, the water intake cannot be expelled, leading to accumulation in the body causing edema.

Men’s kidney health is closely related to their overall health. Pay attention to urination frequency and observe your appearance, as when the body has issues, symptoms may show on the face.
