Must read

Whether a man’s life is long or not, can be known by looking at the feet. The display of all three kinds is congruent, congratulations on having a connection to longevity.

For young people, most are pursuing youth and beauty. Many individuals focus on wellness not for the purpose of living a longer life, but to maintain a youthful appearance. However, for men, especially those over 60 years old, they begin to pay attention to the quality of life, such as whether they are happy, comfortable, etc. Wellness is more about maintaining good health and feeling comfortable, hoping for longevity. Yet, compared to attaining longevity, maintaining a happy state of mind seems more crucial.

For men, the middle to old age period (55-60 years old) is a challenging phase in life due to facing various issues such as retirement, aging or passing away of parents, children’s careers, marriage, and health concerns as the body starts to decline after age 40. Accumulated health risks may manifest more prominently during this period. Successfully navigating this phase and entering old age smoothly may hint at a connection to longevity. Perhaps a quick look at the feet can provide a general idea, as individuals with certain foot characteristics often live longer.

Whether men’s lives are long or not can be known by looking at the feet. The display of all three kinds is congruent, congratulations on having a connection to longevity.

Display one, warm feet

If a male frequently experiences warm feet, with smooth skin, even during autumn and winter, and senses heat when removing shoes and socks, it indicates good internal energy circulation. Such individuals generally have a longer life expectancy. However, if cold, dry, or peeling feet are common, attention is needed for adjustments to restore yang energy.

Display two, reddish toenails

Generally, young individuals have reddish toenails, but as they age, toenails may turn pale, dry, or crack. The condition of toenails at the body’s far ends is related to overall health. Reddish and glossy toenails suggest good blood circulation throughout the body, reflecting a healthy state that may lead to longevity. Pale toenails may indicate blood deficiency, requiring timely adjustments to potentially impact longevity.

Display three, no swollen toe joints

Men can check if there are any swollen toe joints compared to before. Consistency indicates normal lung, liver, and kidney functions. This signifies excellent health and paves the way for potential longevity.

If you are a man over sixty and exhibit all three phenomena, congratulations, you are likely to have a connection to longevity. There’s still a long journey ahead, so maintaining good habits, engaging in physical activity, preserving health, and enjoying life are essential.

In my opinion, almost all long-lived individuals don’t plan to live to ninety when they are sixty or aim for a hundred at ninety. With age, the desire for longevity diminishes. However, they are more likely to enjoy a long life. They emphasize wellness practices not just for longevity but for improved health, higher quality of life, and comfort. When older adults are healthy, life feels enjoyable; when facing health issues, life can be challenging, making them wish for an early departure. Thus, health is the ultimate goal, and a life of enjoyment is what people truly desire.
