Neglecting this issue and feeling proud of the “beer belly” can be detrimental, as diseases might be silently approaching. Obesity increases the workload on the kidneys, as they unconsciously absorb and process the excess fat in the body, potentially leading to kidney cancer. Therefore, men with healthy kidneys should maintain a stable and healthy weight range.

Fourth, maintain a healthy diet. Many men often engage in social gatherings with abundant feasts, indulging in high-sugar, high-fat, salty, smoked, and barbecued foods. Consistently consuming such foods makes the kidneys’ workload more challenging, potentially causing kidney problems over time. Conversely, men with a balanced diet are less susceptible to these health issues and tend to have overall better health. Many young people enjoy carbonated drinks, which can burden the kidneys significantly. Men with healthier kidneys prefer drinking plain water, usually avoiding alcohol and carbonated beverages. Drinking plain water ensures the body is adequately hydrated, promoting kidney health.
