When a man solves physiological issues in the morning, if there are no 3 kinds of “abnormalities,” congratulations, the liver is doing quite well.

Must read

Defecation or urination is our first physiological need upon waking up in the morning, and it is also the first thing on our minds because after a night of rest and organ repair, our bodies produce a large amount of waste toxins. If these are not expelled promptly and accumulate in the body, they can severely impact health. The toxins and waste in the body are often expelled together through feces or urine, so we can assess our health by observing our bowel movements after getting up in the morning. This is particularly important for men; if there are none of the following three signs after using the restroom, then your liver is likely in good condition and should be maintained!

1. Abnormal stool color

After waking up, men can observe the color of their stool when they go to the bathroom. If your stool is a light yellow color and flushes away easily, this is normal. Many people notice that the color of their stool has turned black and that this condition persists for a while; this may indicate liver issues, which can cause a change in stool color. In such cases, it is important to seek medical advice to check for any health problems and ensure early detection and treatment to maintain your health!

2. Abnormal urine color

Each morning, we also experience urination, and we can closely observe the color of our urine to determine if there are any changes. If your urine remains a normal light yellow and is relatively clear, without excessive foam, then your liver is likely in good health. Some men notice that their urine appears darker or deeper than before and may have persistent small bubbles; this could indicate a liver problem. The liver is the largest and most important metabolic organ in the body and is responsible for detoxification. If the liver is in distress, it may disrupt the urinary system, resulting in protein and cells being present in urine, causing its color to darken. In more severe cases, if the urine is red, it signals a liver condition, and you should see a doctor promptly!

3. Lack of a bowel movement sensation

Whether male or female, every person’s first physiological need upon waking is to relieve themselves, including both urination and defecation. If after a night of rest you wake up without feeling the need to go to the bathroom, this is significant as it suggests your liver function may be compromised. The body should naturally produce waste toxins overnight that need to be expelled. At this point, consider whether your normal metabolic levels are functioning properly.

If a man experiences any of the three signs mentioned above, attention should be paid to liver care and protection. Early detection, treatment, and prevention are essential for the healthy development of our bodies. It is also crucial to maintain healthy dietary habits, avoid smoking and alcohol, engage in regular physical exercise, minimize late nights, and drink plenty of water!
