Women are plagued by gynecological diseases, and men are not unrelated. There are four main factors, and men should reflect on this.

Every woman finds it difficult to escape the troubles of gynecology, especially women after adulthood. Generally, they will encounter gynecological problems. Of course, there are many complex reasons leading to gynecological diseases. As a woman, it is necessary to develop good living habits, pay attention to personal hygiene and mental health, undergo regular check-ups, and take measures promptly when problems are discovered.

Aside from women’s own issues, their life partners also bear a significant responsibility for women being troubled by gynecological diseases. Often, due to some problems from their life partners, women are more likely to suffer from gynecological diseases. Therefore, as a partner, one has an unshirkable responsibility.

Women are plagued by gynecological diseases, and men are not unrelated. There are four main factors, and men should reflect on this.

1. Intimate contact

There are not many men in life who pay attention to hygiene. Therefore, men’s bodies may harbor more bacteria, such as trichomonas and fungi, which do not cause any harm to men while in their bodies. However, after each intimate contact, these microorganisms may be transmitted to women, who generally have weaker resistance than men. Under suitable temperature and environment, these microorganisms can proliferate rapidly, thus likely triggering gynecological diseases. Therefore, men must pay attention to personal hygiene, not only for their own health but also to care for their partners’ health, especially during intimacy.

2. Men’s bad temper

Women’s emotions have a significant impact on their bodies. If women frequently feel suppressed, anxious, or lose confidence in life, long-term low moods can lead to hormonal imbalances. Hormonal imbalances in women are not trivial; they can lead to poor skin, enlarged pores, acne, menstrual irregularities, and even induce other gynecological diseases. Negative emotions in women arise not only from work but also largely from their partners’ attitudes, such as a bad temper, infidelity, lack of ambition, laziness, etc. Women are naturally fragile; if they do not receive sufficient care from their partners, they are more prone to losing confidence in life. Of course, negative emotions may also stem from financial pressure, child education, parents’ support, and other trivialities of life. Therefore, men should take on more responsibilities, be positive and optimistic to “brighten” those around them.

3. Genital injuries

There are cases of women suffering genital injuries in life, which may occur not only during childbirth but also due to inattention during intimacy. If there are wounds and the area is very humid, it becomes easier for bacteria to infect or cause inflammation. Therefore, men must take care of their partner’s health, especially when women are in their menstrual period.

4. Miscarriage or multiple abortions

Accidental pregnancies due to improper or untimely contraception are very common in daily life. Miscarriages or multiple abortions have a significant impact on women, potentially leading to lifelong infertility, depriving them of the right to become mothers. However, this responsibility often falls solely on women, which is unfair.

For women, preventing gynecological diseases mostly relies on themselves. Apart from hygiene and regular check-ups, they should not overwork, smoke, drink alcohol, or stay up late because health cannot be bought. As for men, they also need to take on some responsibilities, and nothing is more ideal for them to provide than ensuring the health of their partner.
