Emotional management is equally important. Around the age of 45, especially for perimenopausal women, emotional fluctuations can be detrimental to health. Maintaining a positive mindset, dealing with life’s challenges properly, especially when facing chronic illnesses, following medical advice, actively seeking treatment, can greatly benefit longevity.

Bone strength decreases with age, making strengthening exercises and calcium supplementation particularly important. A balanced diet, avoiding picky eating, maintaining both light meals and comprehensive nutrition, is a good strategy to promote longevity. In the summer, protect joints from air conditioning, pay attention to keeping warm daily, prevent colds and infectious diseases, which should not be neglected.

Entering middle age, by changing lifestyle habits such as quitting smoking, limiting alcohol intake, staying hydrated, maintaining a regular schedule, emotional regulation, strengthening exercise, and having a balanced diet, one can effectively maintain health and lay a solid foundation for longevity.
