1. Preparation of custard filling: Firstly, melt 80g of butter until softened, add 40g of sugar and mix until slightly white. Then, gradually add 3 beaten eggs, mix well. Sift in 80g of milk powder and 40g of glutinous rice flour, don’t forget to add the seeds of a vanilla pod to enhance the flavor, mix all ingredients evenly. Add 300g of fresh milk and 100g of fresh cream, mix well, then stir in 30g of corn oil. Steam this mixture over low heat for 25 minutes, stirring midway to ensure even cooking. Take it out to cool, cover with plastic wrap to prevent drying.

4. Assembly and molding: Divide the snow skin mixture into 30g portions, shape into rounds and wrap them around the custard cranberry filling, seal tightly, lightly dust the bottom with glutinous rice flour to prevent sticking. Press the molded mooncakes gently in the mold, then gently tap out to enjoy your homemade exquisite mooncakes.
