Cerebral infarction “mortal enemy,” eat jackbeans like this, blood clotting, blood lipids decreased, blood vessels cleared

Must read

In people’s impression, cerebral thrombosis is a disease that only elderly people will get. However, with the improvement of diet, the increasing intake of fats and high-calorie foods has led to the onset of “rich diseases” such as hypertension and hyperlipidemia at a younger age. Many middle-aged and young people may also suffer from various chronic diseases and, under specific circumstances, suddenly have an attack, such as cerebral thrombosis, which can be life-threatening.

Daily dietary adjustments for cerebral thrombosis are crucial. For example, it is beneficial to frequently consume foods like celery, carrots, tomatoes, water chestnuts, cucumbers, black fungus, kelp, bananas, hawthorn, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, onions, sea fish, mung beans, etc. Additionally, mushrooms such as straw mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, pleurotus eryngii, mushrooms, black fungus, tremella fungus, etc., are rich in nutrients, delicious in taste, and have a certain effect in preventing and treating hypertension, cerebral hemorrhage, and cerebral thrombosis. Next, I will introduce a dietary therapy for your reference.

**Bard Avocado Vinegar Paste**
Formula: 50g bard avocado, adequate vinegar.
Method: Grind the bard avocado into a powder, mix about 15g of the powder with vinegar to form a thick paste-like mixture. When needed, apply the bard avocado paste to the navel orifice, place thin slices of ginger on top, set fire to the moxa stick, and apply moxibustion until the patient regains consciousness.

**Turtle Blood Stewed with Rock Candy**
Formula: 3 turtles, 5g rock candy.
Method: Cut off the turtle’s head to obtain blood, put it in a bowl with rock candy and stew them together over water until cooked. Consume the dish.

**Four Branches and One Bark Decoction**
Formula: 500g each of pagoda tree branches, willow branches, Chinese toon bark, paper mulberry branches, and eggplant tree branches.
Method: Boil three large buckets of water, use a large basin for washing, add hot water to keep it warm after washing, cover the patient with a blanket to induce profuse sweating for 3-7 days, repeat the process if not improved.
Effects: Treat long-term cerebral thrombosis.

In addition to the above dietary therapies, I will detail a few ingredients for thrombolysis that everyone can consume regularly.

Black beans contain many trace elements such as zinc, copper, magnesium, molybdenum, etc., which are essential for delaying aging, reducing blood viscosity, and more. With a high fiber content of up to four percent, regular consumption of black beans can effectively treat constipation.

Rheum officinale seed, the dried and mature seed of the Polygonaceae plant, is valued for its beneficial effects on eyesight. When properly prepared, rheum officinale seed can promote bowel movements, lower cholesterol, improve eyesight, and treat constipation, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension.

Kelp is a highly nutritious vegetable with medicinal properties. It is rich in mineral elements such as iodine and has various biological functions including lowering lipid levels, blood sugar, immunity regulation, anticoagulation, anticancer, lead detoxification, and antioxidation.

Burdock tea has anticoagulant and fibrinolytic effects, inhibiting platelet aggregation, regulating blood lipids, and reducing blood viscosity, making it suitable for middle-aged and elderly individuals.

In daily life, it is essential to avoid oily, fried, and high-salt foods to prevent blood viscosity. Additionally, drinking tea can help reduce blood viscosity.

Reishi mushroom tea has a beneficial effect on blood viscosity, relieving symptoms of oxygen deficiency in the heart and brain, and improving overall physiological functions.

In traditional Chinese medicine, lotus leaf has the functions of dilating blood vessels, clearing heat, and relieving summer heat, making it suitable for weight management and individuals with a protruding abdomen.

Combining black oolong tea with blood coagulation can prevent red blood cell agglomeration, improve blood hypercoagulability, enhance the body’s anti-aging capabilities from multiple aspects, and daily consumption does not produce side effects.

**Rubus amabilis Tea**
Raw materials: Wild Rubus amabilis from Xinjiang.
Its active ingredients act as a biological blood purifier. Long-term consumption of Northern Rubus amabilis tea significantly improves blood vessel fragility and permeability, eliminates free radicals in the blood, and removes toxins from chemical medicines, lipids on blood vessel walls, crystallizations of fats, heavy metals, salt-alkali compounds, and cleanses the blood, delaying blood vessel aging. It is particularly effective for hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, as well as common conditions among elderly people such as asthma, insomnia, chest tightness, and constipation. Experts have aptly named it the “green blood cleanser and vascular softening agent for the human body.”
Recommended preparation: Take 10g of Rubus amabilis tea, add to a cooking pot with 500-600ml of water, boil for about 10 minutes, then add 300-400ml of water and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Drink 3 cups per day, and after 6 weeks, blood pressure can decrease by 7 percentage points due to the bioactive compounds in Northern Rubus amabilis tea.
