The third one is garlic, a food easily found in every household. Many people add a little garlic when cooking to season the dish. Garlic has many benefits for our bodies, such as antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. If stung by a bee, applying garlic can help. Garlic also cleanses our blood vessels and lowers cholesterol levels in the blood, thus helping control blood sugar.

Although regularly consuming these three types of foods can lower our blood sugar, this is just a good habit for people with normal blood sugar to prevent diabetes. If you are a diabetic, you can also consume these foods, but they should only be considered as supplementary to lower blood sugar. Do not rely solely on these foods without monitoring, taking medication. Otherwise, blood sugar will not be effectively controlled.
