Additionally, I actively created a new life by scheduling new activities and focusing on new interests weekly to break free from the OCD mindset. Lastly, I utilized methods like deep breathing, meditation, muscle relaxation to alleviate and adjust my emotions, enhancing my mental resilience.

Effectiveness of Self-Therapy

Through the attempts and practices of self-therapy, my OCD symptoms improved significantly and are now relatively stable. I have rediscovered the joy of life and can document my emotional changes in a journal daily, observing my growth and progress. I have learned many methods and insights, now feeling stronger, more confident, and adopting more positive ways of living.
