The pilot hospital will issue the “Free Treatment Case Information Form for Patients with Severe Mental Disorders.” After the patient or guardian’s consent, they will fill out the “Qingdao Medical Insurance Outpatient Major Disease Application Review Form.” The hospital will photograph and upload the “application form” and “information form” for instant online approval, without the need for any physical materials from the patient. The “zero material” processing not only simplifies the procedures but also greatly improves the efficiency of approval, allowing insured individuals to receive the necessary medical treatment more quickly.
The introduction of the “zero material” processing policy for severe mental disorders makes it more convenient for patients to seek medical treatment and medication, showing attention and support for patient treatment and rehabilitation efforts.
