The material life of modern people is getting better and better, and mental stress follows. Excessive emotional accumulation leads to various physical and mental problems.
Official data shows that on average, 6 people in China are diagnosed with malignant tumors every minute; there are 290 million cardiovascular disease patients, 200 million hypertension patients, 120 million diabetes patients, 95 million depression patients… all kinds of diseases are showing a trend towards a younger age.
We see that in recent years, the public’s demand for health has been increasing, and the epidemic has accelerated and enhanced the formation and development of the national health consciousness.
Related research shows that 93% of people believe that “physical health” is the most important thing in life, and 74% of respondents have changed their outlook on life due to the epidemic.
From a social perspective, the promotion of the Three-Year Action Plan for Improving the Health Literacy of the Whole People (2024-2027) is also promoting the transformation of health work from “disease-centered” to “health-centered”.
It can be seen from this that “physical and mental health” is not only an individual need but also a social need.
Professor Bao Fengyuan’s “Heart Transformation Moves Disease” theoretical system, established after years of research and exploration, is committed to fundamentally interpreting the relationship between human thoughts, emotions, diseases, and overall physical and mental health. With the ultimate goal of overall physical and mental health, and through resolving emotional and mental disorders, a new treatment approach has been provided for the cause of national health.
Professor Bao Fengyuan’s book “Heart Transformation Moves Disease” won the third prize of the Academic Works of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2020.
To meet the needs of society, help more people improve their physical and mental health, enhance the concept of overall physical and mental health, and promote the development of public health, on June 24-26, 2024, Professor Bao Fengyuan organized the second phase of the “A Good Attitude Leads to Good Health” mental education cooperation partners training at the Guangzhou Xinkangda Mind and Body Health Center.
Nearly 50 mental home partners from Guangzhou, Foshan, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhanjiang, Nanning, Wuzhou, Taiyuan, Chengdu, Deyang, Xinjiang and other places gathered together to learn how to better apply the “Heart Transformation Moves Disease” theoretical system in line with the needs of the times.
The three-day training content was rich and varied, with theory, methods, and steps aimed at comprehensively and systematically enhancing each person’s thinking dimensions and abilities.
01
Lay a solid theoretical foundation to better serve others
“Why is the health condition worsening despite the improvement in modern living standards?”
Professor Bao Fengyuan raised this topic, sparking everyone’s thinking and discussions, making it clear through classroom examples that “the source of all problems lies in ignorance of the rules.”
Only by truly understanding the causes of disease formation can we face and deal with them more openly and see the warnings diseases give us.
“What is the main cause of modern man’s physical ailments?”
Research shows that over 70% of people suffer from emotional “attacks” on their body organs.
1. Emotions change the physical manifestations;
2. Emotions affect the balance of the body’s qi and blood circulation;
3. Emotions interfere with the immune system, causing various diseases;
4. Emotions reduce cognition and thinking abilities.
Both Chinese and Western medicine, psychology, and scientific experiments confirm that emotions have a significant impact on people.
So, how are emotions generated?
Based on 19 years of theoretical research and years of consultation case summaries, Professor Bao Fengyuan proposed the “Heart Transformation Moves Disease” theory, revealing the underlying rules of health.
1. The body has both material and spiritual attributes that are interdependent, mutually causal;
2. Cell memories generated by early experiences and past events constantly cycle throughout a person’s life;
3. The emotions generated by a person’s thoughts lead to directional and positional reactions in the qi and blood.
Professor Bao Fengyuan also shared with everyone the correspondence between different diseases and emotions, including cerebral thrombosis, hypertension, hypotension, migraine, dizziness, angina, premature beats, thyroid disorders, cervical spondylosis, diabetes, breast disease, low back pain, uterine diseases, etc.
Teacher Zhaohui also shared his years of learning “Heart Transformation Moves Disease” theory and method experience, explaining a lot of cases handled, making everyone understand that changing one’s thoughts is the key to achieving physical and mental health.
Through learning, family members present realized more clearly the correspondence between thoughts, emotions, and diseases, grasped the scientific principles of “Heart Transformation Moves Disease”, and deeply appreciated its scientific and effective nature. They hoped to systematically study and have the ability to help more people!
02
Connecting with the heart, continuously cultivating and improving mental strength
“Why aren’t many people making money in recent years?”
Professor Bao Fengyuan interpreted that although this seems to be an issue related to wealth, it actually reflects the value of life and inner desires.
Returning to the level of rules, what factors influence wealth and career development? Professor Bao Fengyuan analyzed the four most important points:
Mental strength: Those who are firm have greater energy.
Motivation: Who are we really working for.
Connection: Understanding the market, linking with customers.
Determination: Perseverance brings success.
By reflecting on their own lives, everyone understood how to improve and enhance themselves, they also became more clear about their positioning, and a sense of power rose in their hearts.
Through Professor Bao Fengyuan’s explanations, everyone saw through various social and commercial appearances that society has shifted from “managing goods” to “managing people”.
When communicating with others, respect is paramount, understanding the other’s needs, linking sincerely, creating mutual resonance, and ultimately achieving success.
Through this process, everyone truly felt how “sincerity” should be “implemented” and how to reach the genuine needs of others.
The “Heart Transformation Moves Disease” theoretical system has its roots in human nature. Understanding the inner mental needs and obstacles of others can guide the application of correct theories and methods to help others overcome emotional distress, alleviate disease symptoms, and enhance life vitality.
Through learning, everyone now understands that it is through the cooperative promotion of mental education with the mental home partners that the significance of helping more people improve their physical and mental health is realized. Two project groups, “Physical and Mental Health” and “Parent-Child Education”, have been established to develop promotion plans, organize tea parties, sharing sessions, “Caring for Health, Starting from the Heart”, and “Parenting with Children” public welfare courses, everyone is full of hope and enthusiasm!
03
Utilizing tools to maintain clear and structured thinking
This session also invited Huang Guoming, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Mental Home Charity Foundation, to provide professional skills training on “How to Make a Good PPT to Better Promote the ‘Heart Transformation Moves Disease’ Concept”.
The training content ranged from the thinking logic of speeches to the preparation of presentation slides, with methods and steps that everyone took seriously and learned from. Everyone returned to their respective groups, engaged in active and intense discussions, decided on topics, and engaged in practical exercises.
Centered around the logical frameworks of “thinking” and “structuring”, everyone practiced breaking down and detailing the contents of their speeches. Each group selected a common physical and mental condition of interest and, following certain steps and methods, organized the content of the slides collectively.
During the training process, everyone used mind maps to make their thinking clearer and more structured. By creating PPT presentations, they thought from the user’s perspective for a more connected visual experience.
Every group contributed with collective wisdom, with each person participating, offering their ideas, and team representatives later presented the results and displays.
From the initial versions to the final products, each group had noticeably improved their speech ideas and capabilities, with continuous applause resounding on-site.
Everyone realized that this was a very good learning and enlightening process because what was being shared was the “Heart Transformation Moves Disease” concept, which required everyone to feel this heart connection to achieve internal resonance.
04
Improving oneself, helping and influencing more people
The three days of training made everyone more aware of their fundamental needs in mental education and also helped them clarify their direction and positioning, that is, how to continue to strengthen their efforts in the fields of physical and mental health and parent-child relationships, awakening their internal driving force.
Zhong Huini from Guangzhou shared: “Professor Bao Fengyuan often says, life needs to be viewed backward, not always rushing forward. This training helped us to look back, see what things we did right in the past efforts, what needs improvement. This logical organization not only outlined how to communicate and propagate the “Heart Transformation Moves Disease” theoretical system to the public but also examined the internal power that drives us to do this work. From specific content delivery and dissemination to finally clarifying the direction we should take. From external to internal, step by step helping us move forward better, making us more determined, having direction, and having more strength to move forward.”
Zhang Qian from Nanning shared: “Every time I hear Professor Bao talk about the origin, current achievements, and future impact of ‘Heart Transformation Moves Disease’, my blood boils with enthusiasm, feeling lucky to be exposed to this valuable system. Through learning, I see areas where I need improvement and enhancement, becoming resolute and empowered to develop in the fields of physical and mental health.”
Wang Lulu from Guangzhou shared: “Through three days of training, Professor Bao Fengyuan started from the fundamental logic, guiding us to see things from a higher perspective. People often say there are no shortcuts in life, but in entering mental education, Professor Bao through case studies showed us the laws and inspired us to understand them. Following these laws in what we do, often yields twice the results with half the effort. This is the shortcut of life.”
Jin Mi from Deyang shared: “Following Professor Bao Fengyuan’s teaching, continuously improving oneself, we avoid many detours in life. Every internal training session is like a timely rain and a navigator in our lives, leading us on the road in accordance with the natural laws.”
Zhou Chuanjuan from Shanwei shared: “Every time I study in the home, I gain a lot, not only a deeper understanding of the ‘Heart Transformation Moves Disease’ theoretical system, but also a clearer understanding that anything we do must be carefully planned.”
Huang Hua from Wuzhou shared: “Professor Bao Fengyuan analyzed the underlying logic behind making money and careers. Looking back at the ups and downs of my life and career, I found the source, understanding that to do anything well, you must find the underlying logic and follow the rules. This is not just a system but a beacon of change in destiny.”
Shen Yanru from Shenzhen shared: “Professor Bao Fengyuan’s sharing has enabled us to better explain internal needs when sharing with others. Learning speech thinking guided me in the direction and method of speeches, giving me the ability to hold more salon events, serving more people. Another important feeling for me is to let clients and friends around me become partners, only with the same spiritual energy frequency can they become permanent clients. This has also strengthened my initial intention and determination to do the work of the mental home and realize my self-worth!”
Wang Bin from Chengdu shared, “Through careful teaching by Professor Bao Fengyuan, we systematically learned the mental methods of ‘Heart Transformation Moves Disease’, cultivating our meticulous scientific and logical thinking abilities, enhancing our respect for the mental education system and the awe of natural laws. I also reorganized my thoughts and teaching methods, doing every lesson carefully with the belief that it will improve over time. In this era filled with variables, meeting Professor Bao Fengyuan gave us guidance, enhancing our wisdom, not only gaining this sheltering wisdom, but also gaining a powerful mental force to create a beautiful and fulfilling life.”
