Hence, when using a fan to cool down, ensure it is not directly facing mothers or infants. Position the fan upwards or towards a wall to circulate air using a reflected flow, achieving cooling while protecting the mother’s health. It’s advisable to avoid using a fan at night to prevent long-term health issues caused by catching a chill during sleep.
