Firstly, it is not recommended to consume a high-fat diet for a long time. While it is true that pregnancy does require a moderate increase in fat intake, excessive intake may increase the risk of the fetus developing urinary system cancer. High-fat foods may also lead to an increase in bile acid and cholesterol levels in the intestines, promote the occurrence of breast cancer, and be detrimental to the health of both mother and baby.

Secondly, excessive intake of high protein is also not advisable. Although protein is crucial for maintaining the physical strength of pregnant women, fetal growth, and postpartum recovery, the recommended daily intake is 90-100 grams. However, prolonged excessive intake can reduce the appetite of pregnant women, increase the burden on the digestive system, and cause discomfort.

Furthermore, a high-sugar diet should be avoided. Pregnant women with high blood sugar levels are prone to giving birth to overweight fetuses, increasing the risk of deformities and pregnancy complications. Additionally, excessive intake of sugar weakens the immune system, which is not conducive to optimal fetal development.

Moreover, blindly pursuing a high-calcium diet is also not advisable. Excessive calcium supplementation for pregnant women may lead to fetal hypercalcemia, affecting the normal development of cranial and facial bones after birth. In fact, pregnant women only need to meet their calcium requirements during pregnancy through daily diet, such as fish, meat, eggs, etc., with an early requirement of about 800 milligrams, increasing to 1100 milligrams in the later stages.

As for the changes in the abdomen at three months of pregnancy, usually the physical changes are not very noticeable at this stage. Most women will only feel a slight protrusion of the abdomen around four to five months of pregnancy, but this can vary from person to person. By observing the fetus image at three months of pregnancy, it can be seen that the fetus’s head accounts for about half of the body length, hair starts to grow, facial features gradually form, limbs begin to separate, fingers and toes are clearly visible, and even some preliminary movement abilities. Although the fetus’s movements are subtle and the mother may not feel them, at this stage, the fetus has developed from an embryo into a lively little life, freely moving in the amniotic fluid, occasionally kicking legs or swinging arms. At the same time, pregnant women start experiencing various pregnancy symptoms, with some having more intense reactions.
