Each meal doesn’t have to be overly complicated; ensure a balanced mix of meat and vegetables that is both delicious and nutritious.

Encourage children to participate in the food preparation process, such as washing vegetables and organizing ingredients. Such interactions not only enhance the parent-child relationship but also stimulate children’s interest in food, especially in the food they help to prepare themselves.

Addressing the issue of a nine-year-old child who is unwilling to eat is crucial for ensuring their healthy growth. Children are the future and hope of the family, and during this critical period of rapid growth and development, good eating habits are extremely important for their physical and mental development. Therefore, adjusting and improving children’s dietary preferences to avoid growth delays or health issues due to malnutrition is a direction we must take seriously and strive towards.
