Fifth Move: Plow Pose

Lying on your back, legs together, legs straight, hands by your sides, inhale, straighten your legs upward, slowly move them over your head, gradually lowering them towards your head, with your legs and toes eventually touching the ground behind your head, keeping your back vertical to the ground, palms together, arms extended.
