Must read

Self-discipline helped me lose 35 pounds; here’s my self-discipline weight loss checklist! I constantly remind myself to maintain my weight loss state.

The weight loss practices I’ve followed over the past year, which I strictly adhered to, may not suit everyone, but they are worth referencing.

I lost 35 pounds by doing the following: I made a direct list of methods that are quite intense.

1. Control daily food intake between 600-750 grams, resolutely not eating even one extra bite.

2. Absolutely no sweets, including cakes, snacks, drinks, and milk tea, not including staple foods and fruits.

3. Limit oil intake to no more than 20 grams per day; I strictly control this amount to avoid too watery meals.

4. Eat four boiled eggs daily as I can’t find a better protein source.

5. I won’t eat any pork for a month, no explanation, I just don’t want to.

6. I don’t eat chicken breast because I suspect the chicken I buy has never walked more than 100 steps in its life.

7. I make my own delicious dipping sauce for boiled beef, which is my main source of meat.

8. I particularly enjoy eating fish, shrimp, and various small sea snails, which I can have daily, provided they are boiled or made into soup.

9. Eat less pasta; I don’t mean to demonize carbs, I get my carbohydrates from other foods like millet, corn, oats, etc. It’s just that I’ve had enough of pasta, really enough.

10. I drink two cups of green juice daily, which has replaced drinks and milk tea for me.

11. Eat a large amount of high-fiber vegetables, such as cold mixed fungus, cold mixed celery, cabbage salad, etc., which are convenient and easy to prepare.

12. Drink 2000ML of water daily; I’ve prepared some small green tangerine tea.

13. Supplement collagen; having lost so much weight, I need to start taking care of my skin in advance.

14. Soak my feet daily and go to bed early.

15. No formal exercise, but I stay active, walking 10,000 steps a day, with adjustments made later. This isn’t just for weight loss; it’s to prepare my body for future shaping exercises, warming up and accumulating energy.

16. I emphasize again, absolutely no fried foods.

How to force myself to lose weight? Record daily changes and continually remind myself of the weight loss mindset. After a year, it has already become a lifestyle habit.
