It’s not your fault that losing weight is easy to fail.
Human willpower is limited,
unless you do nothing every day,
just stay at home focusing on losing weight alone,
then perhaps eating less and moving more might help you stick with it a little longer,
but you may also face issues with energy conservation in your body,
and high cortisol levels preventing you from losing weight.
However, for 90% of ordinary people,
everyone has to go to school and work every day,
and after a whole day’s busy activities, by evening you are already very tired; do you really still have the energy to keep working out for a month, a few months, or even half a year or a year?
And constantly eating less. It’s impossible; the studying and working during the day have already drained most of your energy and self-control, and the remaining self-control is simply not enough to manage your appetite while consistently exercising.
That’s how the human brain works; willpower is limited,
it’s not because your willpower is weak,
that you can’t stick to eating less and being active,
it’s because the act of eating less and being active itself
is not aligned with what our brain is wired for,
which is why you fail at dieting every time!
