“Tumors can be treated” Mamani exaggerates its promotion and is suspected of being involved in pyramid selling!

According to netizens, Mamani claims that it “can cure hundreds of diseases, even tumors.” So, what kind of product is “Mamani”? Does a small waist belt really have the miraculous effect of “curing all diseases”?
According to a Mamani promoter, the Mamani waist belt not only claims to help with weight loss and body shaping but also promotes health maintenance. Most importantly, it can prevent and adjust various diseases.
A WeChat public account called “Mamani Waist Belt Manufacturer” also detailed the health benefits of the Mamani waist belt: According to the account, Mamani’s product is a pill made from more than thirty traditional Chinese medicinal ingredients such as Motherwort, Salvia, Rehmannia, Poria, Atractylodes, and Corydalis. Using a heating method, it warms and activates the meridians and acupoints in the abdomen, allowing the essence of these thirty-plus Chinese herbs to penetrate into the body’s fourteen meridians, achieving functions such as regulating the spleen and stomach, nourishing Qi and blood, dispelling cold and dampness, reducing fat and shaping the body, and regulating gynecological cold and menstrual pain, as well as treating endocrine disorders.
It is said that in addition to its remarkable efficacy in treating uterine fibroids, a Mamani promoter also claimed in their friend circle that an 83-year-old person with 33 years of tracheitis was able to clear lung toxins with just the second Mamani belt, even their blood was no longer sticky, isn’t it miraculous!

Does a small waist belt really have these miraculous effects as advertised? In fact, according to my research, there is no authoritative source yet for the claimed effects of the Mamani waist belt, and its scientific validity still needs further confirmation. At present, there is also no scientific authoritative explanation for the concept of weight loss with the Mamani waist belt.
A user participating in the Mamani project provided the bonus model for the Mamani product project
“Direct referral rewards” + “Monthly multi-track dividends” as shown in the figure:

The operating model and reward mechanism of the Mamani project meet the three major characteristics of pyramid schemes: 1. Developing downlines; 2. Paying fees; 3. Team rewards. Therefore, it is suspected of being involved in a pyramid scheme.
The “Regulations on Prohibiting Pyramid Selling” explicitly states that the following behaviors constitute pyramid selling: (1) Organizers or operators request developed personnel to develop other people to join, calculate and pay rewards based on the number of directly or indirectly developed personnel, and gain illegal benefits; (2) Organizers or operators request developed personnel to pay fees or indirectly pay fees through subscribing to goods or other means to qualify for joining or developing other people to join, gaining illegal benefits; (3) Organizers or operators require developed personnel to develop other people to join, create a hierarchical relationship, and calculate and pay rewards to the upline based on the downline’s sales performance, gaining illegal benefits. However, the operating model and reward mechanism of Mamani completely coincide with the behaviors specified in the “Regulations on Prohibiting Pyramid Selling,” so it is suspected of being involved in a pyramid scheme.
Regarding the efficacy of the Mamani in treating a hundred diseases, some netizens have also raised doubts: “Where is there a disease that can be treated just by wearing a small waist belt, how is that possible? And there is no hospital proof, isn’t it misleading advertising and deceiving others?”
