Breakfast

5. In a salad bowl, add 2 spoons of olive oil, 1 spoon of vinegar, 1 spoon of honey, 1/4 spoon of salt, 1/4 spoon of black pepper, and 1/4 spoon of cinnamon, mix well.

6. After mixing the dressing, add the prepared ingredients and mix well before serving.

Dinner:

1. Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the broccoli into pieces, slice the mushrooms, and cut the bell peppers into strips.

2. Blanch the cauliflower.

3. Place a piece of foil on a baking tray and drizzle some olive oil on it.

4. Place the salmon on the foil, sprinkle with some black pepper, salt, and rosemary on the fish.

5. Place two lemon slices on the fish, and arrange the chopped vegetables in the empty spaces of the baking tray.

6. Cover with another layer of foil, seal the edges, then bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes.
