Following the doctor’s examination, it was pointed out that he needed to have 4/5 of his stomach removed to control his food intake.
A Year of Persistence Yields Results
With the help of doctors and through surgery, 4/5 of his stomach was removed. Subsequently, when he ate meals, he felt a distinctive sense of fullness, his appetite significantly reduced compared to before. In order to successfully lose weight, he even attended professional fitness classes, starting daily rigorous exercise routines. Through persistent efforts, his weight gradually decreased; after a year, he successfully shed 363 pounds.
During the weight loss process, he unexpectedly met a girl who was impressed by his strong determination. This girl not only supported him in his daily workouts but also became his motivation for successful weight loss. After losing more than 300 pounds, he finally found the person he could spend his life with.
