5 simple yoga slimming exercises that make it easy to slim your legs

The third move, lie on your back on the floor, bend your legs together, clasp your hands below the knees and bring them close to your chest, then release your hands and slowly lower your legs until the soles touch the ground, extend the legs and slowly lift them up. Place your hands on the sides of your waist to support the legs, hold this position for a few seconds and then recover.

The fourth move, start by lying on the floor, forearms on the ground supporting the upper body, bend the lower legs at 45 degrees to the thighs with toes pointed straight, slowly straighten your arms, tilt your head upwards, keep the eyes on the ceiling, hold for a few seconds and recover, then repeat the exercise.

The fifth move, maintain a kneeling position, legs together and straight with toes pointed. Bend the left leg forward, slowly stretch it. Grab the left ankle with both hands and slowly stretch the right leg upwards until you feel soreness in the right thigh muscles, then recover and repeat the movement on the other side.
