If a man’s kidney is not functioning well, the body will give you a reminder in “five words”; if two or more apply, it’s time to nourish the kidneys.
The kidneys are a key organ that determines a person’s physical health, as they are responsible for secreting various hormones. Whether the body’s endocrine system is normal is directly related to the strength of the immune system. For men, the significance of the kidneys is even greater, as they are the foundation of male vitality, determining physical condition and masculinity, and even affecting the harmony between husband and wife. However, the kidneys are also a very fragile organ in the body; they cannot withstand severe cold or extreme heat, and as a vital metabolic organ, any negligence can lead to kidney damage.
Due to life’s pressures, men often do not pay much attention to their health. However, nourishing the kidneys is something every adult man should do, and they cannot afford to be slack about it. Before nourishing the kidneys, we must learn to assess whether they need nourishment; otherwise, it may become a burden.
If a man’s kidney is not functioning well, the body will give you a reminder in “five words”; if two or more apply, it’s time to nourish the kidneys.
The first word: Frequency
The frequency of urination is a very important indicator of health. The kidneys, as vital metabolic organs, process large amounts of water daily, which is then expelled from the body through urine. Under normal circumstances, a person urinates about six times a day; however, if the frequency exceeds this number, it can be classified as frequent urination. Thus, if this situation arises, it indicates that it’s time to focus on kidney health.
The second word: Bubbles
This refers to the bubbles in the urine. Under normal conditions, urine containing bubbles is a common phenomenon; however, if the bubbles are more than usual and persist for a long time without significant dissipation, it may indicate a problem with the kidneys. The presence of bubbles is due to protein in the urine, and an excessive amount suggests a filtering dysfunction in the kidneys, leading to an overabundance of protein in the urine.
The third word: Tired
The kidneys can be regarded as the power reservoir of a man’s body. Once there is a problem with the kidneys, the overall energy may decline, male hormones may become abnormal, and feelings of fatigue and back pain may arise, greatly decreasing the individual’s resistance.
The fourth word: Swelling
Even though we need to replenish a lot of water for our bodies every year, using it for blood circulation and aiding digestion, a significant portion still needs to be expelled. The primary pathway for this is that the body metabolizes water, which first accumulates in the kidneys and is then expelled when it reaches a certain level. However, if the kidneys are not functioning properly, water metabolism can be disrupted, causing bodily fluids to seek other avenues of expulsion, leading to skin swelling.
The fifth word: High
The kidneys can secrete various hormones to effectively regulate the body, particularly for maintaining normal blood pressure. They secrete hormones that promote vascular elasticity and prevent vascular hardening; however, when the kidneys malfunction, hormone secretion becomes chaotic, directly resulting in unstable blood pressure and noticeable increases.
The above characteristics are hints from the body indicating kidney issues. If encountered, prompt adjustment and relief are essential to avoid damage to the kidneys as much as possible.
